Corresponding to the applications HelpO, HelpO Castilla y León and those developed by the Loyola Communication Group for the RED INCOLA FOUNDATION (hereinafter referred to as APPLICATIONS).

  2. Processing of data collected through the app
    The data that RED INCOLA may collect through the use and navigation of the APPLICATIONS are NOT personal data. In some occasions, we inform you that by the simple use and navigation in our application we store data related to navigation, inaccurate location and errors occurred that at no time will identify the user. We do not use the IDFA.

Such information may be stored by Google Firebase, so we refer to Google’s Privacy Policy, as it collects and treats such information.

The INCOLA NETWORK reserves the right to modify or adapt this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you check it every time you access the application.

3. Other data processing
Purpose: At RED ÍNCOLA we process your personal data in order to manage the services derived from the contractual relationship, as well as the commitments derived from the contract.
Legitimation: The legitimacy for the processing of your data is the express consent of the data subject, the execution of a contract and compliance with the following legal obligations that apply to us:
The retention periods of your data after the end of the contractual relationship is based on compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code.
Communication of your data when requested by the Tax Inspectorate is covered by Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law.
Target audience.
In general, data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally required. In those cases in which it is necessary, customer data may be transferred to the following organizations, in compliance with a legal obligation:
The data necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation may be transferred to the Spanish Tax Agency.
To the corresponding banking entities, in order to be up to date with payments.
In the event that we are requested to do so, your data will be transferred to the Labor Inspectorate.

4. International Transfers
RED ÍNCOLA does not plan to carry out international data transfers. If necessary, they will only be made to entities under the US/European Union Privacy Shield agreement (more information: https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome), to entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements set forth in the current data protection regulations, such as the European Regulation, or when there is a legal authorization to carry out the international transfer.

5. What are your rights in relation to data processing?
You as the data subject have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of a processing of your data, to access your personal data, to request the rectification of data that are inaccurate or, where appropriate, request deletion, when among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or you as the data subject withdraw the consent given. RED ÍNCOLA will treat and keep your data in accordance with current regulations, without prejudice to the fact that the interested party may request in any case, the limitation of the processing of your data. In certain cases, you may exercise your right to data portability, which will be provided in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format to you or to the new data controller you designate. We have forms for the exercise of all the rights indicated above, however, you can also use those developed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. You will have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event that you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been adequately addressed. The maximum time limit for a decision will be one month from the receipt of your request. In the event of any modification of your data, please inform us duly in writing in order to keep your data updated.
